State Farm® Insurance Agent Chris Brown

"DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!! I had a policy for 6 months, then was going to turn 21 in the next 6 months. Obviously your rate goes down when that happens, so I requoted other places, it was 1,000 dollars less, while they wanted to give me a 50 dollar "discount". So I called, explaned the situation. They asked if I had a good driving history, I said yes because i have gotten no tickets or in any accidents. So they recommened the safe driving program. They said "due to your past driving history we can give this discount" I was fine with that until I was 21 because it was a couple hundred less. What I was NOT informed of was the program REQUIRES a tracker to be put ON MY CAR. I was NOT too happy with that. I don't want my movements tracked and I dont want my rate to go up if I "stop too hard" ( to AVOID an accident) or etc. Not only that, but my new policy was about 100 more for a 6 month premium, 15 dollars more a month. NOT what I was told. I would not recommend here. I would stay away at all costs. Luckily I was able to get out due to the new policy not having being started, can't say the same for anyone else so be careful out there with these SCAMMERS."

"Our house in Hidden Hills received quite a bit of damage from the recent wind/hailstorm in Richmond . We contacted our agent, Chris Brown a couple days later and immediately things started to happen.Within a few days Denise Koen, State Farm's adjuster was on site to inspect the damage & in a matter of a few days we received a comprehensive repair estimate. We were surprised by the breath and scope of the project, issues were found that we did not notice during our own inspection. We have already received the settlement and we're working with contractors to make the necessary repairs. It's great to have a local agent who will pitch in and help out with this stuff, I would hate the thoughts of dealing with an online or phone agent, I can't imagine that things would have gone as smoothly. We have a relative who's with a large national insurance company, they're still waiting for the adjuster to show up, I'm told they're not scheduled for another week or so.
